How safe is my luggage at Citylockers Zagreb?

Very. It is stored in a locked storage facility, under 24/7 video surveillance, on a busy street in the city center. Also, in case of an unfortunate event your belongings are protected for up to 500 EUR per damaged compartment.

Do you offer any kind of protection for stored belongings?

Yes, your belongings are protected against damage, loss, and theft for up to 500 EUR per compartment.

Can I store my luggage at Citylockers Zagreb overnight?

Yes, this is a possibility (when booking multiple days). Just have in mind to pick up your luggage during working hours on the day when your booking expires, since access to your belongings outside working hours will be restricted.

What should I do if I do not receive an access code or reservation confirmation?

Please do not worry if you do not receive a confirmation email. Check if the confirmation email went to your spam. If you do not receive an email in the next 10 minutes, please contact our Support Team with your contact information and we will make sure to resolve the issue.

Do I need to drop off and pick up my luggage in person?

No. Anyone you share your storage locker access code with can do the drop-off and pick-up for you.

Can I cancel my storage locker reservation?

Unfortunately, storage locker reservation cancelation or adjustment is not possible at the moment.

What are the storage locker size and weight restrictions?

The size of the compartment is 80x60x45 cm (32x24x18 inches) and the weight limit is 30 kg (66 lbs)

What can I store inside the luggage compartment?

You can store only clothes (we will not be held responsible for any valuables, or electronic devices that might be stored contrary to the policy). For more details, please refer to our Terms And Conditions.

I would like to extend my booking, what should I do?

In case you would like to extend your booking, please contact us through any of the available contact options and if there are still vacancies we will extend your booking.

What happens in case I do not pick up my luggage on time?

Working hours are from 8 AM until 10 PM. Outside of those working hours access to the storage facility is restricted. Make sure you plan to pick up your belongings accordingly. In case you do not pick up your luggage before the reservation expires, your access code will no longer work. To regain access, you will need to pay the “Late Fee” (more details about the “Late Fee” and the “No show” scenarios can be found in the Terms And Conditions)

Are Zagreb city landmarks close to the storage facility?

Yes. The storage facility is in a strict city center so you can store your luggage and enjoy the day in Zagreb city center.

Where is the storage facility located?

The City Lockers storage facility is located in Draškovićeva ulica 4, Zagreb, just a few minutes walk from the Zagreb main square.

Are all luggage compartments the same size?

Yes. Currently, all compartments are the same size.

What happens if my luggage does not fit the luggage compartment?

Make sure you check your luggage size and compare it to the size of our luggage compartments (80x60x45cm / 32x24x18 inches). Not being able to fit their luggage into the compartment does not qualify a Customer for a refund.

Is my booking valid for 24hrs?

No, your booking is valid only for the day of the booking, from 8 AM until 10 PM.

What happens if I do not show up? Can I get my money back?

This scenario does not qualify a Customer for a refund.

Is there a refund policy?

As indicated in our Terms And Conditions, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only in case of a technical incident or force majeure, which would result in the storage facility not being accessible to a Customer, qualifies a Customer for a refund.

What happens in case there is an electricity shortage? Is my luggage safe?

We have secured a failover mechanism that successfully solves electricity shortages so that your belongings always stay safe.

What if I have a problem entering the storage facility or accessing my luggage compartment? How can I get help?

If that happens, do not worry – we have you covered. You can easily request assistance using any of our provided contact telephone or email where you will be assisted by a real-life person.

Can I access my luggage compartment 24/7?

City Lockers working hours are from 8 AM until 10 PM. Outside of working hours access to the premises will be restricted.

Do I need to install any kind of a mobile app to open the compartment and enter the storage facility?

You can if you wish, since the locks (in addition to keypad) can also be operated by the mobile app. The smart lock app can be downloaded. But we recommend using a keypad since it is a much easier solution.

What should I do if I lose my access code?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible using any of the contact phone or email available. We will help you regain access to your storage compartment shortly.

How do I enter the storage facility and open my storage locker compartment?

After you complete the reservation, an access code for the main gate and your storage compartment will be delivered to your email inbox.

Can I book a storage locker on an hourly basis?

Not yet. Currently, you can book a compartment on a daily basis.

Can I pay for a storage locker on the spot?

No, you need to make a reservation and payment in advance online (to gain access to the storage facility).

What are the payment methods available?

You can pay with all major credit cards (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Diners, Discover).

No lockers available on the selected date.
