Booking a storage compartment with City Lockers Zagreb is simple and secure. Follow our easy step-by-step guide to reserve your locker, drop off your belongings, and retrieve them whenever you need. After booking online, you'll receive personalized access codes for both the main gate and your locker. Use these codes to enter the facility and securely store your items. With 8 AM to 10 PM access, you can rest assured that your belongings are safe while you explore Zagreb.
After successful booking, you will receive two (2) separate personal access PIN codes, one for your storage compartment and another for the main gate
Use your access codes first to enter the storage room (PIN keypad is located on the wall at the main gate) and to open the compartment (PIN keypad is located on the compartment door)
PIN code on the main gate is entered by pressing the numbers followed by “#” sign
PIN code on the storage compartment is entered by pressing the numbers followed by 
sign
After you deposit your belongings, lock the compartment (by entering PIN and long pressing sign)
Now you can safely exit the storage facility, but please make sure to close the main gate on your way out (this ensures your and all the other City Locker Customers’ luggage is safe)
How to Reach Us
Reaching City Lockers Zagreb is quick and easy from any major transport hub in the city. If you’re arriving from the Central Train Station, simply hop on Tram Nr. 4 for a brief 3-5 minute ride. From the Central Bus Station, take Tram Nr. 8 for a 5-7 minute journey. If you’re coming from the airport, catch the Airport Shuttle to the Central Bus Station and then transfer to Tram Nr. 8. For the most direct route, you can also order a taxi to Draškovićeva ulica 4, Zagreb.
